Betty Blue commands attention for sure. Constructed from a stiffened pale blue twisted paper capeline, this hat boasts a halo of hand-made silk abaca flowers. Each flower has a stamen made from orange leather remnants because we like to use every bit of our materials. An elastic band ensures a secure fit.
